Delivery Areas
We deliver nationwide across South Africa and internationally.
Shipping Rates
- South Africa — Free shipping on all orders
- International — Rates calculated at checkout based on your location
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery takes 3–5 business days to most areas. Remote areas may take up to 7 business days.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use it to follow your delivery in real time.
Missed Deliveries
If delivery is attempted and no one is available, the courier will leave a notification and attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a nearby collection point. Contact us if you experience any delivery issues.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 7 business days of the dispatch notification, please contact us immediately at info@showerbloom.co.za and we'll sort it out.
